Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment and order details are confirmed. Processing times may vary during sales, launches, public holidays, or periods of unusually high demand. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, applicable charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided with the order. Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, and contact number. Contact customer support as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the estimate shown at checkout, please contact customer support with your order number. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, take clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, and affected products before discarding anything, then contact us promptly. We will review the matter and work with the courier where necessary.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. When this happens, you may receive more than one tracking update and delivery.
