Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests for orders placed with BLACKSPA COSMETICS are handled.

Requesting a cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, contact customer support as soon as possible using the details or form on our Contact Us / Customer Support page. Include your order number and the email address or mobile number used to place the order.

Before processing or dispatch

We will make a reasonable effort to cancel an order that has not yet entered processing, packing, or dispatch. A cancellation request is not confirmed until we notify you that the cancellation has been accepted.

After processing or dispatch

Once an order has entered processing, been packed, handed to a courier, or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. If cancellation is unavailable, any eligible remedy will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery. Refusing delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, and reasonable shipping or return costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

Changes to an order

Requests to change the delivery address, contact details, product, shade, quantity, or payment method are subject to the order's processing status and cannot be guaranteed. For security reasons, some changes may require cancellation and placement of a new order.

Cancellation by BLACKSPA COSMETICS

We may cancel all or part of an order if a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error occurred, payment could not be verified, fraud or misuse is suspected, delivery is not reasonably possible, or the order cannot be fulfilled for another legitimate reason. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Refunds for approved cancellations

When a prepaid cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear can vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment method. Any non-refundable payment or service charges will only be withheld where clearly disclosed and permitted by law.

Cash on delivery orders

If cash on delivery is available, repeated refusal of confirmed orders or misuse of the service may result in cash on delivery being restricted for future purchases, where permitted by law.
